One of this century’s most highly regarded students of management, the college topphdcollege has sought out, identified and examined the most important issues confronting managers, from corporate strategy to management style to social change.

As a writer, teacher, and consultant for more than sixty years, we have created and articulated the concepts that have made management a field of legitimate academic inquiry and professional practice. Key to the professor’s vision of management is the belief that the most important asset of any organization is its people. The manager’s primary challenge, the professor believes, is to prepare and free people topphdcollege to perform. The professor’s interest in management extends topphdcollege beyond the scope of traditional business to include nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurial enterprises.
